Nick Walton and Jane WagnerWho are waltonwagner?

Describing yourself is always a challenge. It’s hard not to make yourself sound too stuffy, too jargony or worse too bland. It’s even harder to communicate all the great things about yourself without coming across as slightly unbearable. So, when we decided to start writing blogs we thought we’d better address these “who are we” questions up front so that we can then get down to what we are really about, and that’s management and property development.

The basics:

waltonwagner was established six years ago by Jane Wagner and Nick Walton.  We are a company who love property. We love project managing, designing, developing and dreaming all things property. We love the big picture and the devil you find in the detail. We love the fact that our clients come to us to achieve things they never thought possible with their buildings and that we are valued for our sensible, practical advice and guidance.

Our team:

Our team is made up of ten of the best in the business. Each one hand picked by Jane and Nick, based in our central London office, to ensure they understand who waltonwagner is and what we want to achieve. Within the team is a wealth of specialist knowledge. This ensures our core service areas of Development Management, Project Management, Specialist Consultancy and Full Service Solutions are manned by only the best in the business.

What projects do we work on?

waltonwagner are asked to collaborate with clients on a whole range of development projects – from new builds to listed refurbishments. A lot of our projects are London based but that is no means exclusive and we are happy to work with clients anywhere in the world.

What do we do when we’re not working?

Well we are actually a pretty active lot. We only realised this when we were putting this information all together! We ski, we bike, we sail, we do DIY, we play football, we cook, we travel, we eat, preferably all with our families.

As a company we do our best to support charities that are close to our hearts. We take part in the Buccleuch Property Challenge, are planning a British Heart Foundation pub quiz, attend the Interior Design Pantomime and sponsor our resident Triathlete, Sam Higham.

If you’d like to find out more about the properties we have developed alongside our clients please visit the Projects section or call us to talk further on 020 7499 1377.
