Here at waltonwagner, we have always been passionate about providing a high-quality and consistent service to both our existing and new clients, and are constantly reviewing the way we work to see how we could improve. For the past few months, we have been working hard to further demonstrate our commitment to superior performance in all aspects of our business, and are proud to announce that we are now ISO 9001 certified!
Published by ISO, an independent, non-governmental membership organisation, ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard that ensures our products and services meet the needs of our clients through an effective quality management system. ISO 9001 is based on the idea of continual improvement, and helps businesses to monitor and manage quality across the organisation on an ongoing basis, so that they can identify areas for improvement.
ISO 9001 is a powerful tool that helps businesses clearly define their objectives, as well as understand who is affected by their work and what they expect from you. In addition to understanding and meeting customer expectations, it also allows organisations to work in a more efficient way, since all their internal processes will be aligned and understood by everyone in the company.
In order to achieve the ISO 9001 certification, waltonwagner have met the requirements set out by the International Standards Organisation and have been audited by The British Assessment Bureau in accordance with the official ISO 9001 Standard.
Talking about our decision to work towards an ISO accreditation, waltonwagner Director Jane Wagner said: “As we have grown, we felt it important to maintain the high standards we have always set ourselves.
